Event Calendar

This module enables the administrator to create an online Event Calendar to display important events that relate to the company.

The Event Calendar Tool allows the administrator to create new Events in the Calendar as well as associated information. Each Event may include name, location, contact, description, hyperlink to another page, importance level, and the type of event.

Administrators and users have the ability to list all events that are a part of the calendar, and click on the Event Name to view information about the event. They have the ability to search events by their Name or Description. A listing will display the events that match the search criteria.

The Administrator can create new Event Types to allow for event groupings. The administrator can easily modify the public view of the Event Calendar.

The Administrator can modify the customization screen to easily modify the colors used on the public side of the application and the display area controls. These options include text and background colors, display sizing, and list settings.

Specifications:
Available in Cold Fusion and ASP. The Cold Fusion version of the application requires Cold Fusion Server 4.5 or better. A Microsoft Access database will be provided in the package to use as the datasource.
