Time Tracker

The Time Tracker is an application which enables an organization to easily collect and store employee work hours. The Time Tracker can be set up in a basic manner to easily record the number of hours worked per day or the application can be customized to enable employees to select multiple work packages and the corresponding hours spent on each task.

Employees have the ability to modify their personal information including their email and mailing address information. The employee will also be able to fill out their time sheet, save it until the week is complete, submit to their manager for approval, and modify it for resubmission when their manager disapproves.

Managers and Administrators have complete control over employee information and work package information. Managers also have the control to approve or disapprove time sheets that are submitted by employees when hours may have been charged to incorrect work packages. A complete assortment of reports are included in the application which allow managers to view hours by work packages, department and employee.
