Hathaway Solutions is committed to our keeping our customers satisfied. We will be happy to offer you a full refund provided the following conditions are met:

1. The product is returned within 30 days from the date of purchase
2. The product is unopened (we are unable to offer a refund on downloaded applications)

We cannot accept returns of opened items or items returned more than 30 days after purchase.
